Senior Recruitment Consultant – GCC (Remote)

About the role

Remote People is expanding its presence in the GCC and is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead business development and delivery of high‑quality recruitment assignments across the region. This is a fully remote, 360° recruitment position focused on building client relationships and managing the end‑to‑end hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a client portfolio across the GCC, identifying new opportunities and establishing long‑term partnerships.
• Engage with HR leaders and senior decision‑makers to understand hiring challenges and talent needs.
• Generate new recruitment mandates through proactive outreach, pitching services and negotiating commercial terms.
• Own the full recruitment cycle: brief analysis, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer management and placement.
• Build and maintain strong candidate networks via headhunting, referrals and market mapping.
• Stay up‑to‑date on GCC talent trends, salary benchmarks and key market players.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of agency recruitment experience with a proven 360° track record.
• Demonstrated business development success in the GCC market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, ambitious and comfortable working independently.
