Senior Sales Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Engineer in the Fire Fighting & Security Systems industry to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the firefighting business in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical & Mining sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Mining sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities by conducting market research and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate with the technical team to provide customized solutions to clients based on their requirements.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for the line manager.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in sales and business development in the firefighting or security systems industry.
• Knowledge of Industrial Clients & EPC business is a must.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
