Senior Sales Engineer – Steel Structures

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to lead the sales of structural steel and pre‑engineered building projects for Alashoury industry in Riyadh. The role covers the full sales cycle, from prospecting and technical evaluation to negotiation and contract closure.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the steel structures market.
• Review and interpret complex structural engineering drawings and specifications.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients.
• Negotiate terms and close high‑value contracts.
• Maintain and develop long‑term relationships with key customers.
• Collaborate with engineering, fabrication and erection teams to ensure project feasibility.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of overall sales experience in structural steel fabrication, PEB or heavy steel construction.
• At least 5 years dedicated to steel structures sales.
• Proven ability to manage the complete sales cycle.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Interpretation of structural engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of steel fabrication processes.
• Understanding of welding, coating and erection techniques.
