Senior Superintendent

About the role

Worley is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead and supervise all construction activities on large‑scale oil & gas projects. The role focuses on safe, efficient, and timely execution while ensuring strict compliance with Saudi Aramco and project HSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily site construction operations, coordinating contractors, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress against the project schedule and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure continuous compliance with Saudi Aramco and HSE requirements.
• Resolve construction issues in collaboration with Engineering, QA/QC, Planning, and client representatives.
• Manage manpower, equipment, and material resources to maximise productivity.
• Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and safety reviews.
• Support project close‑out, including punch‑list completion and handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years in a senior site leadership role on large oil & gas projects.
• Proven experience on Saudi Aramco projects with strong knowledge of Aramco standards and procedures.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, planning, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Commitment to HSE excellence.
