Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for specialized and niche positions. You will partner with hiring managers to attract top national talent, build talent pools, and ensure a smooth, data‑driven hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for hard‑to‑fill roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Develop and maintain talent pools to meet current and future workforce needs.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to accelerate hiring decisions.
• Track vacancy progress and candidate pipelines, improving visibility and delivery.
• Produce monthly recruitment reports and enhance dashboards for data‑driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Identify and resolve recruitment challenges, driving continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of talent acquisition experience, including direct sourcing for specialized positions.
• Proven ability to manage candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
• Experience preparing recruitment reports and performance metrics.
• Good knowledge of relevant government recruitment regulations.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and candidate database management.
