Senior Technical Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Architect to lead technical coordination on high‑quality construction and fit‑out projects in Jeddah. The role will oversee design compliance, BIM management and support project delivery from concept through execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical coordination across multiple projects.
• Review and prepare shop drawings and technical documentation.
• Develop and review technical specifications.
• Manage BIM coordination (Revit) and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take‑offs and cost documentation.
• Review and coordinate material submittals and method statements.
• Support inspection and testing requirements (ITPs).
• Coordinate architectural, structural and MEP disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with the Saudi Building Code and project standards.
• Collaborate with the Project Management Team for smooth execution.
• Lead and mentor technical teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 8–10 years of experience in construction and fit‑out projects.
• Registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational abilities.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.

Required skills

• BIM (Revit) and BEP implementation.
• AutoCAD.
• BOQ preparation and quantity surveying.
• Shop drawing preparation.
• Material submittal coordination.
• Technical documentation.
• Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
