Senior XSIAM Engineer

About the role

Inspira Enterprise is seeking a Senior Engineer specialized in Cortex XSIAM to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of large‑scale security monitoring and automation environments. You will act as the technical subject‑matter expert, ensuring the platform delivers high‑performance detection, response, and reporting for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the SME for Cortex XSIAM platform operations and architecture.
• Design and implement complex onboarding and integration of security devices and applications.
• Develop, tune, and optimize detection use cases, playbooks, and automation workflows.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and executive views.
• Lead platform performance tuning, scalability, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and incident investigation support.
• Mentor L1/L2 analysts and engineers.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in SOC, SIEM, SOAR, or security operations engineering.
• Proven experience managing enterprise‑scale security monitoring and automation environments.
• Track record of leading onboarding, integration, and optimization projects across large organizations.
