Service Engineer

About the role

Join EagleBurgmann, a global leader in industrial sealing technology, as a Service Engineer based in Saudi Arabia. You will work on‑site to install, maintain, and optimise mechanical sealing solutions for a variety of rotating equipment, ensuring reliable operation for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Install and commission mechanical seals on pumps, compressors, agitators and other rotating equipment.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to extend seal life and prevent equipment failures.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot seal-related issues such as leakage, wear, and performance deviations.
• Repair or replace damaged seals and restore equipment functionality.
• Provide on‑site and remote technical support, advising customers on seal selection, installation best practices and maintenance strategies.
• Deliver customer training and produce clear documentation of service activities.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of relevant experience with mechanical seals or rotating equipment.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction.
