Showroom Coordinator – Riyadh

About the role

Based in Riyadh, the Showroom Coordinator will provide excellent service to showroom clients and promote BanoPuratos’ range of high‑quality bakery, pastry and chocolate ingredients. The role combines sales, customer service and administrative duties to ensure a seamless experience for walk‑in customers.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell BanoPuratos products to walk‑in customers.
• Take customer orders, follow up on transactions and issue sales invoices.
• Support the sales department and assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Resolve sales‑related issues promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Manage showroom inventory, request missing products and coordinate transfers.
• Handle incoming mail, liaise with courier services, and communicate with procurement and warehouse teams to source goods.
• Respond to customer complaints and provide after‑sales support when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 2–5 years of sales experience.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Knowledge of sales principles and practices.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Ability to develop in‑depth product and market knowledge.
