About the role
We are looking for an energetic, self‑driven Site Civil Engineer to join our contracting team in Riyadh. The role focuses on daily site operations, supervising labour teams and coordinating with main contractors to secure and execute work packages.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily site progress, managing labour and sub‑teams to ensure speed, quality and safety.
- Build strong technical relations with main contractors’ engineers to negotiate, acquire and execute new work items or subcontract packages.
- Handle site logistics, receive materials and produce daily progress reports.
- Drive the company vehicle between project sites and manage operational needs across Riyadh.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2–4 years of hands‑on site engineering experience in the Saudi contracting sector.
- Valid KSA driving licence.
- Immediate availability (transferable Iqama or ready to start).
- Strong practical mindset with the ability to direct on‑site labour and communicate effectively in Arabic.
