Site Engineer Manager – Construction & Fit‑Out Projects

About the role

Bayt Al‑Tawabel is seeking an experienced Site Engineer Manager to lead on‑site execution of construction, fit‑out and development projects for its hospitality concepts in Riyadh. The role is hands‑on, requiring strong technical knowledge, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple disciplines to deliver projects on time and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day construction and interior fit‑out activities across assigned sites.
• Supervise finishing works, ensuring compliance with approved designs, drawings and specifications.
• Review, coordinate and follow up on architectural, civil, MEP and fire‑fighting/alarm drawings and shop drawings.
• Ensure fire‑fighting and fire‑alarm systems are installed according to safety requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections, monitor workmanship quality and material compliance.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to minimise conflicts.
• Identify technical or execution issues early and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years (84 months) of experience in site management and construction supervision.
• Proven experience in hospitality or commercial fit‑out projects.
• Strong understanding of civil, architectural, MEP and fire‑protection systems.
• Ability to work on‑site full‑time and make decisive technical decisions.
