Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

About the role

The Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) will ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of our production systems. You will work across cloud infrastructure, automation, monitoring, and incident management to keep services running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Implement observability solutions with Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk or Datadog.
• Respond to incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and manage on‑call rotations, SLOs, SLIs and error budgets.
• Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency, reliability and mean‑time‑to‑recovery.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters, Docker containers, CI/CD pipelines, runbooks and ITIL processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps or production support on AWS.
• Strong understanding of Linux, networking fundamentals and container orchestration.
• Hands‑on experience with scripting or programming (Python, Bash or Go).
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced environments and handle on‑call responsibilities.
