Site Supervisor – Dumat Al Jandal

About the role

Vestas is looking for a Site Supervisor to join its Service department in Saudi Arabia. The role is based in Dumat Al Jandal and focuses on executing maintenance contracts, optimizing asset performance, and ensuring safety and quality on wind turbine sites.

Key responsibilities

• Act according to Vestas core values: Simplicity, Collaboration, Accountability, and Passion.
• Serve as a safety culture example and ambassador.
• Lead and develop the operational team on site.
• Execute contractual obligations and optimise site/asset performance.
• Deliver company expectations on core metrics such as total recordable injury, lost production factor, direct costs per megawatt, and planning execution.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, Vestas technical functions, supply chain, continuous improvement, and lean teams.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields.
• Valid driving licence.
• Fluent English.
• Significant experience in similar positions.
• Leadership based on sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work in challenging and complex environments.

• IT tools.
• Electrical engineering knowledge.
