Site Supervisor / Foreman – Construction

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor / Foreman to lead daily construction activities on site. The role ensures that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications, quality standards, and schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction tasks on site.
• Manage skilled and unskilled labour teams.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Monitor productivity and keep project milestones on schedule.
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Inspect work quality and enforce compliance with project requirements.
• Apply health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Report daily progress, manpower, equipment, and material needs.
• Identify and resolve on‑site issues promptly.
• Monitor material usage, minimise waste, and maintain site housekeeping.
• Assist with inspections, testing, and project handover activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or related field (preferred). High school diploma with extensive supervision experience may also be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of construction site experience, including at least 5 years as a Site Supervisor or Foreman on building, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Valid driving licence (if required by the project).

Required skills

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and quality control procedures.
• Familiarity with HSE requirements and safe work practices.
