Software Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. The role focuses on testing, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications and digital platforms within an Agile environment. You will collaborate with development teams to ensure high‑quality releases and production readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain functional, integration, regression, and security test cases.
• Prepare detailed test scenarios, test data, and comprehensive test reports.
• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects using defect management tools.
• Validate system integrations, APIs, and end‑to‑end business processes.
• Support release management activities and confirm production readiness.
• Monitor application quality, analyze issues, and work closely with developers to resolve defects.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and testing activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and QA best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Proven experience in functional, integration, regression, and security testing.
• Hands‑on experience with defect and test management tools.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Experience testing web applications, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
