About the role
The Spa Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests at Miraval The Red Sea, a luxury wellness resort on Saudi Arabia's Red Sea coast. You will create a welcoming, calming atmosphere and support guests throughout their spa and wellness journey.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, provide information on spa treatments, wellness programs, and retail products.
- Manage bookings, scheduling, and payments for spa, fitness, and wellness services.
- Maintain a smooth check‑in and check‑out process, addressing guest inquiries promptly.
- Support daily operations of the Life in Balance Spa and assist other wellness centers as needed.
- Track guest preferences and ensure personalized service.
- Assist with inventory control of retail products and spa supplies.
Required profile

- Excellent customer‑service orientation with a professional demeanor.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a calm, hospitality‑focused environment.
- Interest in wellness, spa treatments, and holistic health concepts.
