SPV General Manager – EPC Project (Taif)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified and motivated SPV General Manager to lead the delivery of an EPC project on behalf of the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) in Taif. The role focuses on governance, schedule oversight, risk tracking, commercial management, and coordination among EPC contractors, internal teams, and client‑side stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface between the SPV, client representatives, and EPC teams.
• Lead governance, correspondence, and decision‑making protocols.
• Oversee EPC delivery, including progress monitoring, scheduling, risk management, and commercial matters.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
• Manage stakeholder engagement with consultants, authorities, and other parties.
• Ensure robust project controls, change and claims tracking, and documentation discipline.
• Support HSE oversight, escalating and resolving issues as needed.
• Collaborate with Finance to maintain budget visibility and reporting.
• Lead key project phases from mobilization through construction to commissioning readiness.
• Produce executive‑level reports and maintain risk registers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of EPC and construction management experience with leadership exposure.
• Project management accreditation preferred.
• Experience in water infrastructure or large civil EPC projects is highly advantageous.
• Saudi national, based in the Taif area.
