Sr. Designer - Piping

About the role

The Senior Designer – Piping is responsible for delivering high‑quality piping design solutions under general supervision. The role involves tackling complex engineering challenges, developing innovative approaches, and ensuring design integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute piping design tasks, applying sound engineering judgment.
• Evaluate, select, and adapt engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria to meet project requirements.
• Address complex design issues such as conflicting requirements, material limitations, and coordination challenges.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers and engineers.
• Contribute to cost containment, efficiency, and overall project profitability through accurate and reliable design work.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering (mechanical, chemical, or related discipline).
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, with typical candidates having 6‑10 years in piping design.
• Proven ability to work independently and make informed engineering decisions.
