Store Manager – Dyson Boutique (Jeddah)

About the role

As the Store Manager of the Dyson Boutique in Jeddah, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance while delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will lead a team, oversee daily operations, and champion omnichannel initiatives to grow revenue and brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Implement in‑store customer experience (CX) initiatives and promote the MUSE loyalty program.
• Plan succession and talent development, providing coaching and stretch assignments.
• Drive employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) through people‑experience actions.
• Oversee visual merchandising, store SOP compliance, staff scheduling and commission structures.
• Coordinate with back‑office teams, manage concessions, and ensure click‑and‑collect orders meet service level agreements.
• Capture accurate customer data in line with marketing requirements.
• Promote omnichannel sales, increase full‑price sell‑through, and achieve revenue targets.
• Provide feedback on store performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in Business Administration.
