About the role
We are seeking a motivated Store Manager to lead our Najran location. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and developing a skilled store team. The role focuses on building client loyalty and expanding the brand’s presence in the region.
Key responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales performance targets to increase profitability.
- Hire, train, and evaluate store staff to maintain high productivity.
- Maintain an orderly, presentable store environment.
- Oversee inventory management and daily store operations.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of store management experience.
- Customer‑centric attitude with a positive outlook.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
