Store Manager

About the role

The Store Manager will lead a Damas Jewellery outlet in Madinah, overseeing sales performance, profitability, operations, and the people function. The role requires motivating and training the team to meet productivity and sales targets while ensuring compliance with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve store sales targets and KPIs while maintaining full compliance with Damas standards.
• Deliver superior customer service, maintain excellent product knowledge of Damas and competitor offerings.
• Manage store timings, staff attendance, grooming standards and custody of store keys.
• Ensure security standards are met, including CCTV and alarm systems.
• Communicate sales plans, support staff in achieving targets, and handle customer inquiries.
• Maintain store tidiness, product displays, and overall brand presentation.
• Oversee stock control, regular jewellery counting, audit reporting, and stock‑taking procedures.
• Monitor equipment such as weighing scales, diamond testers and ensure their proper functioning.
• Handle invoicing, cash and credit transactions accurately and manage repair orders via Navision.
• Maintain inventory of packing materials and manage petty cash according to finance guidelines.
• Address staff grievances, conduct performance appraisals and develop a strong talent pipeline.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant retail management experience.
• Open to Saudi nationals only.
• Strong knowledge of jewellery retail operations and asset protection.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a sales team.

Required skills

• Experience with Navision ERP system for inventory and repair order management.
