Store Supervisor

About the role

The Store Supervisor will lead the assigned warehouse, ensuring operations follow SADAFCO SOPs, deliver high‑quality service to internal and external customers, and continuously improve processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse activities, including staff deployment, inventory planning, and order fulfillment.
• Monitor KPIs such as damage to stock, inbound clearance speed, and outbound dispatch timeliness.
• Coordinate logistics with the Transport department and ensure compliance with customer contracts, quality, health, and safety regulations.
• Develop operational reports, suggest improvements, and oversee equipment maintenance with the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Handle roster management, performance reviews, learning and development, and disciplinary actions for the warehouse team.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Operations Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, mathematics, business or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of warehouse or inventory experience in an FMCG environment.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Hands‑on experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Ability to operate a forklift or similar material‑handling equipment.
• Working knowledge of ISO standards and practical application of health & safety and quality assurance practices.
