Storekeeper

About the role

The Storekeeper will manage all warehouse activities at the Almanhal Water Factory, ensuring smooth receipt, storage, and issue of raw materials for production. The role supports quality standards and inventory accuracy in a fast‑moving beverage environment.

Key responsibilities

• Verify incoming material documents and conditions, ensuring compliance with handling processes.
• Record and track raw materials in the ERP system, assign barcodes, and maintain accurate database entries.
• Manage inventory using FIFO, LIFO, par levels and average cost methods, and issue materials to production as required.
• Inspect warehouse space and material condition regularly to meet Nestlé standards.
• Conduct monthly stock balance checks and reconcile physical counts with ERP data.
• Follow Nestlé SHE rules to ensure safety for self and colleagues.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar storekeeping role or a recent graduate.
• Native Arabic speaker with good communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Computer literate.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems for inventory management.
• Barcode scanning and tagging.
• Knowledge of inventory control techniques such as FIFO, LIFO, par levels, and average costing.
• Database entry and tracking.
