Strategy Manager

About the role

The Strategy Manager will lead the design, analysis, and execution of the corporate strategy function across the Group’s three business sectors. This founding position translates executive direction into structured analysis, actionable plans, and measurable outcomes, shaping how strategy is developed, cascaded, and tracked.

Key responsibilities

• Develop corporate strategic analyses covering market, competitive, financial, and internal capability assessments.
• Build and maintain the Balanced Scorecard, strategic objectives, and OKR cascade at corporate, sector, and departmental levels.
• Manage the strategic initiative portfolio, including prioritization, business case review, and ROI performance tracking.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly strategic performance reports and lead periodic Strategic Reviews.
• Ensure quality and consistency of all analytical output.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Office of Strategy & Transformation and sector leadership to ensure strategic alignment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• 6–8 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or strategic planning, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Proven experience building or operating Balanced Scorecard and OKR frameworks.
• Strong command of Arabic and English, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling.
• Experience with PowerBI for data visualization and strategic analysis.
• Expertise in financial modeling and strategic analysis tools.
