Support Services Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Support Services Supervisor to lead our support functions in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role oversees warehouse operations, vehicle fleet, employee housing and general administrative assistance, ensuring smooth daily activities, safety compliance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise support staff, manage schedules, performance, training and disciplinary actions.
• Provide administrative assistance to internal departments, responding to logistical requests promptly.
• Oversee warehouse receiving, issuing, storage, conduct inventory audits and manage stock replenishment.
• Manage vehicle fleet maintenance, accident reporting, insurance claims, licensing, fuel monitoring and driver logs.
• Ensure employee housing readiness, maintenance, safety compliance and handle resident issues.
• Prepare regular reports on warehouse, fleet and housing operations with KPIs and recommendations.
• Administer contracts with external vendors, monitor compliance and support budget planning.
• Enforce occupational health and safety standards across all support sites.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate emergency response for warehouse, fleet or housing incidents.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in support services, general administration or similar roles.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage emergencies and travel between sites.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Experience with warehouse management systems.
• Experience with fleet management systems.
• Knowledge of insurance procedures and accident claim processes.
