System Administrator – GCC Geo Cluster (Riyadh)

About the role

Traverse Health is looking for a hands‑on System Administrator to support its GCC geo‑cluster based in Riyadh. You will be responsible for maintaining a secure, reliable IT environment that underpins our digital health and real‑world evidence platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Linux and Windows servers, virtual machines and Windows workstations.
• Provision, modify and de‑provision user accounts throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot access, authentication, VPN, connectivity and system availability issues.
• Manage roles, permissions and RBAC in IRIS and Apache Superset.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of systems, assets, accounts and licenses.
• Administer Microsoft 365 accounts, groups and access policies.
• Monitor health, performance, storage capacity and outages of servers and workstations.
• Verify backup completion and test recovery readiness.
• Support containerised environments and assist with Kubernetes administration.
• Operate cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform and Huawei Cloud.
• Use automation tools such as Ansible and Terragrunt.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage software licences and renewals.
• Provide secure remote support using AnyDesk and maintain technical documentation.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience administering Linux and Windows server environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, Huawei Cloud) and virtualization technologies.
• Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes) and automation tools (Ansible, Terragrunt).
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and role‑based access control.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventories and documentation.
