System Analyst / Junior Project Manager (IT)

About the role

JASARA Program Management Company is seeking a dynamic System Analyst / Junior Project Manager to support IT projects and ensure smooth system operations. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, helping to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring IT projects.
• Gather and analyse system requirements, providing improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate IT solutions.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
• Participate in project meetings, capturing essential information and follow‑up actions.
• Identify and troubleshoot system issues in partnership with technical teams.
• Conduct user training and provide support for smooth system adoption.
• Stay updated on emerging IT trends and technologies to inform project strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 1‑5 years of experience in IT project management or systems analysis.
• Understanding of project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in documenting system requirements and analysing data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
