Systems Engineer – Cloud & Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking a Systems Engineer to join the support team for Azeus Convene, a leading meeting and collaboration platform used by boards and leadership teams worldwide. The role will focus on designing, implementing and maintaining secure system architectures across cloud and on‑premise environments.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and harden servers, applying firewall policies and security configurations.
• Deploy Azeus applications in public clouds (AWS, Azure, KSA cloud) and on client premises.
• Identify, analyse and resolve system integration and server issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Automate recurring tasks and recommend tooling improvements.
• Provide on‑call support for incident resolution.

Required profile

• Fast learner with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexible schedule, willing to work weekends, holidays and across time zones.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.

Required skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and KSA cloud.
• Proficiency in Linux‑based systems administration.
• Knowledge of firewalls and server hardening techniques.
• Ability to deploy and configure applications in cloud and on‑premise environments.
