About the role

We are looking for a creative Content Coordinator to join The Arab Lens, a platform dedicated to visual storytelling and cultural dialogue in the Middle East. The role involves managing and curating visual and written content across the website, social media channels, and publications, while collaborating closely with artists, editors, and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement content strategies that align with The Arab Lens’s mission.
• Curate, edit, and publish visual and textual content for the website, social media, and print.
• Coordinate with photographers, filmmakers, and visual artists to source high‑quality material.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand standards and cultural sensitivities.
• Monitor content performance and adjust tactics based on audience insights.
• Support marketing initiatives by providing compelling storytelling assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Studies, Arts or a related field.
• Proven experience in content management, social media or digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for cultural issues and understanding of Middle‑Eastern contexts.
