Talent Acquisition Specialist Trainee (Tamheer)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist Trainee to join our HR team through the Tamheer Program in Riyadh. This position offers hands‑on experience in full‑cycle recruitment, candidate management, and onboarding while supporting our talent acquisition goals in the food and beverage manufacturing and retail sector.

Key responsibilities

• Post job vacancies on recruitment platforms and ensure accurate job descriptions.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain candidate databases.
• Support onboarding activities, including preparation of new‑hire documentation.
• Prepare recruitment reports and assist with HR analytics.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and attend career fairs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and fulfill talent acquisition needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Eligible for the Tamheer Program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
