Team Lead – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Team Lead – Food & Beverage will oversee service operations at Jumeirah Jabal Omar, ensuring seamless workflow, guest satisfaction, and adherence to brand standards across multiple dining venues.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise service flow and sequence during all service periods, providing hands‑on support to the team.
• Monitor and control the cashiering function, ensuring compliance with JI Cashiering Procedures.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints, following CSI and complaint‑handling protocols.
• Report any unresolved issues to the Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Conduct performance evaluations, deliver training, coaching, and counseling to colleagues.
• Utilise the guest database to recognize repeat customers and personalize service.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
