Team Leader

About the role

noon is looking for a proactive Team Leader to oversee one or two Dark Stores, ensuring fast, reliable fulfillment for its hyper‑local delivery platform across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. You will drive operational efficiency, manage consumable usage, and support a high‑energy warehouse team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned Dark Stores (1‑2) across fulfillment and logistics functions.
• Optimize consumable (packaging material) usage and reduce waste.
• Maintain safety stock levels to avoid order‑processing disruptions.
• Ensure proper use of packaging tools and accurate inbound tracking of consumables in the WMS.
• Track and drive cost‑related KPIs to meet performance targets.
• Leverage ERP reports to maximize output and efficiency.
• Train, guide and evaluate warehouse staff on ERP best practices.
• Plan and assign daily work, address performance issues, and improve floor productivity.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in e‑commerce operations or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, analytical problem‑solver with a growth mindset.
• Ability to deliver results in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment.
• High standards, resourceful, and bias for action.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (V‑lookup, Pivot Tables, complex formulas).
• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
