Team Leader – Poultry Processing

About the role

Almarai, the leading dairy and food‑beverage manufacturer in the MENA region, is seeking a Team Leader to oversee the intake and processing of poultry products at its Rabigh facility. You will manage a multi‑functional team to ensure production meets internal customer specifications while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a self‑directed team to process poultry according to defined product specifications.
• Implement daily production plans in coordination with Production Management and maintenance teams.
• Monitor performance metrics such as efficiency, loss‑in‑process and non‑conformance rates.
• Conduct internal quality and HACCP audits and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, system documentation and support plant commissioning activities.
• Perform safety and risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.

Required profile

• Diploma in Poultry Processing, Food Technology or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar poultry‑food environment, with at least 4 years of overall experience in food production.
• Strong people‑management, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
