About the role

We are seeking a skilled Technician, Pipe Fitter to join a reputable client in the engineering and construction sector. The role involves fitting, assembling, and testing pipe systems for various projects while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Study building plans and blueprints to understand specifications and requirements.
• Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Fit and assemble pipes and tubes according to specifications.
• Inspect and test pipe systems to identify leaks or other issues.
• Install supports, valves, and control systems for pipe systems.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other technicians to ensure efficient installation and maintenance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations throughout the pipe fitting process.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a pipe fitter.
• Demonstrated knowledge of pipe fitting techniques and procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Good physical stamina and dexterity.
• Valid certification or license in pipe fitting, if applicable.
