Telephone Operator

About the role

As a Telephone Operator with Hilton, you will be the first voice guests hear when they call the hotel. Your friendly, professional manner will help create memorable experiences by providing accurate information, handling requests, and connecting callers to the right services.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls promptly, courteously, and professionally.
• Provide accurate details about hotel facilities, services, promotions, and local attractions.
• Process wake‑up calls and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle guest requests, coordinate with relevant departments, and follow up to guarantee satisfaction.
• Respond to emergency calls and follow established hotel emergency procedures.
• Maintain clear records of guest messages, requests, and call activity.
• Promote hotel services and facilities to enhance the guest experience.
• Escalate guest concerns when necessary, always reflecting Hilton’s commitment to hospitality.
• Support the Front Office team with administrative tasks as needed.
