About the role
Rwaj is a live shopping and social marketplace focused on the Middle East. We are seeking a part‑time Telesales Specialist to expand our seller network by contacting, qualifying and onboarding new merchants.
Key responsibilities
- Reach out to potential sellers via phone, WhatsApp and other approved channels.
- Present Rwaj’s value proposition clearly and professionally.
- Qualify leads based on business type, product quality, readiness and sales potential.
- Convert qualified leads into registered and onboarded sellers.
- Maintain consistent follow‑up until onboarding steps are completed.
- Coordinate with the Seller Success Manager to support activation.
- Track leads, follow‑ups and conversions in a clear pipeline.
- Provide daily or weekly progress reports based on agreed KPIs.
- Share feedback on seller objections, market response and conversion quality.
Required profile
- Proven experience in telesales, outbound sales or business development, preferably with merchants, online sellers or small businesses.
- Excellent Arabic communication skills; good English is a plus.
- Strong persuasion, follow‑up and closing abilities.
- Comfortable working with targets and performance‑based compensation.
- Ability to work independently and report clearly.
Required skills
- Experience using CRM tools.
