Tender Manager – Business Development

About the role

The Tender Manager will lead the end‑to‑end tendering process for strategic business opportunities, ensuring high‑quality proposals, compliance with governance standards, and optimal win rates. This position is pivotal to supporting the organization’s growth objectives within the ICT, ELV, cybersecurity and system integration markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and prioritize tender opportunities in line with the Go/No‑Go process.
• Review RFPs, RFQs and related documents, assessing strategic fit, technical feasibility and commercial viability.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Sales, Pre‑Sales, Delivery, Finance, Procurement, Governance, Executive Management) to develop and submit bids on schedule.
• Develop and manage tender timelines, including clarification requests, site visits and submission milestones.
• Review commercial proposals, pricing strategies and profitability requirements before submission.
• Secure all internal approvals and ensure compliance with governance frameworks.
• Oversee customer registrations, vendor onboarding and pre‑qualification activities on procurement platforms.
• Monitor tender outcomes, conduct win/loss analyses and report performance metrics to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in tender, bid or proposal management.
• Strong background in ICT, ELV, cybersecurity or system integration sectors.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.
