About the role

Consulum, a leading intelligence‑led strategy and communications firm, is seeking a Tender Officer to join its Tenders Management team in Riyadh. You will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing government procurement opportunities both locally and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor government procurement portals to spot relevant tender opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare, compile and submit competitive proposals.
• Manage tender documentation, ensuring full compliance with procurement regulations.
• Maintain supplier registrations and oversee portal management across KSA and global markets.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with client procurement teams, suppliers and service providers.
• Support business development by communicating potential opportunities and contributing to commercial outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong critical‑thinking ability to analyse information and produce comprehensive analyses.
• Excellent written and spoken business Arabic.
• Excellent written and spoken business English.
