Trainee Engineer – NCS Program

About the role

Yokogawa is seeking a motivated NCS Trainee Engineer to join its industrial automation team in Saudi Arabia. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in testing, design validation, and project support while contributing to the company’s sustainability and digital transformation goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute testing standards under supervision.
• Implement feasibility tests for engineering solutions and provide feedback.
• Identify and apply process improvements using change‑management protocols.
• Support policy development and routine service delivery.
• Design personal work schedule and allocate tasks to meet priorities.
• Assist in project management activities, including tracking and reporting.
• Collect information to address procedural queries and analyse functional enquiries.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or up to 12 months of relevant experience.
• Strong interest in industrial automation and sustainability.
• Ability to work under guidance and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
