Transfer Pricing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Transfer Pricing Manager with deep expertise in financial transactions to join our dynamic practice in Riyadh. You will advise local and multinational clients on complex transfer pricing matters, ensuring compliance with Saudi tax regulations and international guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advisory and compliance services aligned with Saudi Arabian and OECD frameworks.
• Prepare transfer pricing documentation, including local files, master files, and benchmarking analyses for intercompany loans, guarantees, and cash‑pooling arrangements.
• Support clients during tax audits and resolve disputes with authorities.
• Lead multiple engagements, delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate on cross‑border projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related field; postgraduate qualification or certification (CFA, ACCA, ACA, CPA) preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of transfer pricing experience, with significant exposure to financial transactions.
• Experience in the GCC region is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of OECD guidelines and BEPS actions.
• Expertise in Saudi tax regulations.
• Proficiency in benchmarking analysis for financial transactions.
• Experience preparing transfer pricing documentation (local file, master file).
• Ability to price intercompany financial arrangements such as loans, guarantees, and cash pooling.
