Transport Planner

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Transport Planner to join our Transport Planning and Strategic Advisory Business Unit in the Middle East. The role involves delivering transport planning studies, master‑plan assessments and traffic impact analyses for public and private sector projects.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to large‑scale transport master plan assessments and multidisciplinary planning projects.
• Perform traffic impact studies, junction analysis and travel‑demand modelling.
• Prepare reports covering existing conditions, trip generation, junction analysis and parking assessments.
• Support project and financial management activities and assist in business development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent; Master’s degree in transport planning is desirable.
• 5‑7 years of experience in traffic engineering, transport planning and traffic modelling, preferably in the Middle East.
• Familiarity with local and international transport planning standards and practices.
• Ability to work with limited supervision, learn quickly and communicate effectively in English.
