Typhoon Pilot – Fast Jet Instructor

About the role

The Typhoon Pilot will join the Royal Saudi Air Force training wing as an instructional fast‑jet pilot. Reporting to the Flying Wing Commander, you will deliver flight training missions for cadets using the Eurofighter Typhoon, ensuring compliance with Saudi Air Force syllabi.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct instructional flight missions on Typhoon aircraft for cadet training.
• Execute all syllabus elements up to the Initial Pilot Upgrade (IPUG) phase.
• Coordinate with the Flying Wing Commander to plan and debrief training sorties.
• Maintain high safety and operational standards during all flight operations.
• Provide mentorship and performance feedback to Saudi cadets both in the air and on the ground.

Required profile

• Minimum 1,500 flight hours on fast‑jet aircraft.
• Extensive prior instructional experience with military pilots.
• Completed at least one tour at a Typhoon Operational Conversion Unit (TOCU).
• Demonstrated ability to work with Saudi cadets and adapt to cultural environments.

Required skills
