Urban Planner

About the role

The Urban Planner will support analysis of urban growth patterns, linking neighborhood needs to real‑estate market data. The role involves preparing spatial maps, indicators, and reports that guide development decisions and real‑estate strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze urban growth patterns, neighborhood needs, and real‑estate supply and demand spatially.
• Identify gaps in services and land uses and assess master plans and existing projects.
• Prepare spatial maps and planning indicators in coordination with GIS teams.
• Produce planning reports and recommendations to support real‑estate growth strategies.
• Maintain and update real‑estate databases in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and real‑estate market analysis.
