User Acquisition Director

About the role

The User Acquisition Director will lead the global paid acquisition strategy for a portfolio of high‑growth digital products. Based in Saudi Arabia, you will shape and scale user acquisition across multiple markets, combining strategic vision with hands‑on analytical problem solving.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute long‑term acquisition strategies across mobile, paid social, paid search and programmatic channels.
• Lead and develop performance‑marketing teams, fostering a culture of data‑driven growth.
• Own acquisition metrics such as CPA, LTV, ROAS and make investment decisions based on incremental value.
• Build experimentation frameworks for creatives, bidding, campaign structures and attribution models.
• Drive automation of campaign management, reporting and operational workflows.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, creative, finance and executive teams to align acquisition with business objectives.
• Evaluate emerging ad technologies, AI capabilities and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, user acquisition or related growth roles.
• Proven track record leading large, multi‑disciplinary acquisition teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into business decisions.
• Experience scaling acquisition operations across multiple products and markets.
