UX/Concept Designer

About the role

Sulava MEA is expanding its Frontier Firm Live (FFL) platform, an AI‑agent solution for enterprise customers across the Middle East and Africa. As a UX/Concept Designer you will shape the end‑to‑end experience – from the platform’s interface and user journeys to the conversational behavior of the AI agents.

Key responsibilities

• Design the FFL platform UI, including layout, navigation, and interaction patterns, using a consistent design system.
• Create end‑to‑end user journeys covering onboarding, daily use, and multilingual experiences (including Arabic).
• Define conversational and agent interaction patterns, ensuring clear communication of confidence, limitations, and handoff to humans.
• Produce prototypes and concepts that are tested and validated before engineering commitment.
• Maintain a reusable component library and design system for the platform.
• Conduct lightweight user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio of UX/UI and concept design work (mandatory for consideration).
• Experience designing software platforms, preferably SaaS or enterprise products.
• Ability to work closely with AI engineers, integration engineers, and platform architects throughout the development cycle.
• Understanding of frontend and backend system interactions to ensure realistic, implementable designs.
