Visitor Experience Manager

About the role

Riyadh Holding is seeking an experienced Visitor Experience Manager to lead the design, management and continuous improvement of the end‑to‑end visitor journey at King Abdullah Gardens. The role connects visitor journey design, destination products, activations, service standards and insights to deliver a seamless and memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and continuous improvement of the visitor journey from pre‑arrival to departure, identifying needs, pain points and gaps.
• Integrate destination products, programs and events into a coherent visitor experience, enhancing engagement, dwell time and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams, operators and partners to align visitor‑experience priorities and monitor delivery against requirements.
• Plan and oversee visitor research, surveys and behavioral analysis, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Define and maintain service standards, conduct destination‑readiness assessments and close gaps before openings or peak periods.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Destination Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tourism, destination management or related fields, with responsibility for end‑to‑end visitor journeys.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
