About the role

Join the Food & Beverage team at Jumeirah Jabal Omar Hotel, a luxury property located minutes from Masjid Al Haram. As a Waiter you will deliver a seamless, high‑standard dining experience to guests from around the world, ensuring every visit is memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to their tables, preparing the setting with linens, silverware, and glassware.
• Handle guest inquiries courteously and efficiently, escalating unresolved issues to supervisors.
• Explain menu items, ingredients, and cooking methods to assist guests in making informed choices.
• Follow the outlet’s service sequence to guarantee an expertly served dining experience.
• Maintain strict personal hygiene and grooming standards at all times.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Higher Secondary School certificate.
• Previous experience in a similar waiter role, preferably in hospitality.
• Adaptability and appreciation of cultural diversity.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
