Waitress – Luxury Hotel (Riyadh)

About the role

Join the InterContinental Riyadh team as a Waitress, delivering premium service to guests across breakfast, lunch, dinner, buffet and à la carte settings. You will work in a dynamic, upscale environment, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare tables, service stations and restaurant areas before each service.
• Welcome guests, present menus, explain dishes, beverages, promotions and daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve according to IHG service standards, upsell items, and monitor guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Culinary on dietary requirements and special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and safety of the restaurant area.
• Report any operational, maintenance or safety issues promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in luxury hotels, reputable restaurants, buffet or à la carte operations.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP and Saudi Arabian hygiene regulations.
• Ability to recognise VIPs, returning guests and special occasions.
• Excellent communication and guest‑service orientation.
