Warehouse Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Operator to manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and safety in our warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality.
• Maintain organized inventory records using manual logs or digital systems and conduct periodic stock counts.
• Systematically label, categorize, and store items to enable easy retrieval.
• Prepare and issue materials or equipment according to requisitions and coordinate timely delivery to project teams.
• Document dispatched items and report low‑stock, overstock, or damaged goods to supervisors.
• Follow safety and security protocols, keeping storage areas clean and compliant with company policies.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and project teams, providing regular updates on stock levels.

Required profile

• Good organizational skills to keep the warehouse orderly.
