Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations across our facilities in Jeddah, Riyadh, and Dammam. The role focuses on ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining safety standards, and driving operational excellence through effective team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with regular stock counts and control processes.
• Monitor WMS and ERP transactions to keep warehouse records up‑to‑date.
• Coordinate replenishment and support demand‑planning requirements.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment while meeting service level agreements.
• Oversee warehouse safety, housekeeping, and compliance with company policies.
• Track KPIs, productivity, and overall operational performance.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Allocate daily tasks, supervise staff, and foster team development.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role within a high‑volume warehouse.
• Experience in services or distribution environments is preferred.
• Saudi nationals are preferred.
